Update

We have pretty much finished our project, just finishing touches to sharpen it up. We workers really well today - gluing everything on and together (railing - balconys - walls - floor - sides)

Vey good , we could have handed it in today so yes very good lesson

Update

Today ruby and i worked successfully together and got the railing, inside wall, and ledgers done. As well as the tennis court glued.
All we need to do is hot gule it all together.  and ruby did the waterfall today

Ruby was at sport but I have decided on starting the inside of the building where I am cutting out 4 segments and hot gluing them on. I am finishing the tennis court at home and making a start to the power point

We glued the walls together and found that we can actually put water in the waterfall

Problem is finally stopping us from work. The issue of the inside of the design has finally got to a point where we have to deal with it. Due to not full planning when we didn't even consider the inside - just that we would see the waterfall within.

So the obvious idea of creating an inside is there but time management is a issue when we have to do a PowerPoint too.

I believe that in the end we are going to have to do it but just with doors and a small balcony.

But in order for it not to be a completely unporgress full lesson ruby got to work in creating a lift and I painted the inner walls in white because we will need a base coat and it is easier to paint over white

We have done the cutting out and I have a template for the tennis courts - the begin of the building has been shaped to fit but now a problem has occoured. The inside of the building. So that is to be sorted out

Ruby has nearly finished all the walls and today I worked on the tennis courts that r a light green. I also painted what will b behind the walls which is a dark blue colour because the model is set at night. Task 2 is coming along fine

Project so far

We r doing the walls and ruby is citing out windows we will then put plastic behind them and window stills on the outside. We will also need to smooth them down. The waterfall has been painted with the blue sticky paint so it stayed transpearant. We r working on the tennis courts and that's the just of what's happening at the moment.

Blog update

Today ruby painted the walls our specified colour and ruby painted the walls. I painted the floor of the appt and I continued with the road paint. To make the hotel look better I think we should die a plastic tube so it is semi transparent and then have a light in the middle to give it a glow.

So I will try and find some dye to be able to die the paint.
